Now, let's share our opinions of social skill here. Is social skill important?

Many smart people with the best education may fail as ordinary people. They do not fail for lack of knowledge, but rather, more often than not, for only one simple reason- the lack of social skills.

In our schools, we often overemphasize academic achievements and neglect the development of social skills. for example, I just made friends with the ones who had good performance in exams.

After graduation, I found we may get along on brilliance for a while, but most careers involve other people. We may have great academic intelligence and still lack of social intelligence- the ability to make friends, to be sensitive to the feelings of others, to give and take criticism as well. That's really awful and will never lead to success. If people don’t like you, they may help you fail easily. If you are likable, things will be different.

In my eyes, people with high social intelligence take their share of blame and move on. They know how to build team work and take leadership. CalmSea is a good example , while angelnowings is a bad one. hahaha.
