<P>several days ago, we accepted a mold from Japan, It is a mold of rear bumper(汽车后保险杠). The mold dimension is 2650*1700*1588, the weight is 26 ton and the basic structure is as below: a set of hot runner with valves, two suit of hydraulic slides, two veeery big angle pins (at least 1 ton ).</P><P>today we have a trial shot, in the beginning the tooling moved well and the parts molded were beautiful! While we addicted ourselves to the excellent result the angle pins stop suddenly. we try again and again but it was still immovable. so we have to take it out. now the tooling is layed on the ground waitting for repairing.</P><P>other bumpers' tooling have no so big angle pins, slides taken their place. I think in this place, setting slides is rather wise, because the angle pins setted would be too big.</P>

I don't know the actual condition of you, but I hope you get out of the bad mood as soon as possible.
many girls are 多愁善感的, but I think a girl who can deal with molds, which are so big and so boring, must have a very strong heart.
