I would like to bring up this topic. People who are involved in tooling stuff and like English as well should/could communicate well and benefit each other. Let’s talk…   Let me be the first.

I planed to go further along program management, but my current boss, a very gentle and kind Swedish, offered me a new position, which attracts me very well. This position is to support process development on production site on both mechanical and PCBA as a global resource, will require the people travel frequently and gain lots of training oversea. It is exactly what I had expected for a long time, so I accepted the offer and would like to meet the new challenge in my career life in a new field---PCBA.

I like to enjoy the work under high pressure, with quick rhythm and even overloaded. High pressure makes me stronger, quick rhythm makes me more effective, and never-ending tasks impose me to find a right/wise way to complete my work and manage all my stuff, which include good habit, positive attitude, team work and so on. When I become too old or house-holded to work over time, all the good experience/ character I gained will keep me irreplaceable. Work is a big part of life, enjoy your daily work, and enjoy your life.

Emotion experience impacted my career deeply. I had kept fantastic relationship with a girl, who lived very far from me, for more than 3 years from half year before I graduated. We broken up finally, but she changed my career totally. Emotion is not like work, you pay but in most possibility you get nothing; you lost one time, you will lose it for ever. Gain or loss, it is your fate, has nothing to do with others.

Hi Dudu, The fisrt time I touch this position I have much confusion like you. there is no such an exact description about what I need do, what kind of performance I have to meet. my position function is like below: Seamless transition from Product Development to factory; Prepare factory for volume production; Bridge the gap between Product Development and Manufacturing. In summary, We are the bridge connecting design-site and production-site, we will discuss design issues with designer on behalf of production factory, we also need to support/ check production preparation from customer's point of view. we are like an independent support platform.   Our department name is Industrialization, do you hear about it?   PS: the font size is so complicated to adjust [em11][em11]

I searched the recruite information released by your company, it looks nice.Management and lean production seems always the weakness of west funded company.I have went to Wuhan university in April this year, the East lake is very big, but it is the blossom season for cherry.

correction: I sent to Wuhan univisity in March, it is not the blossom season for Cherry.Dudu, so your position have no so much relation with tooling, can you let us know how you come here and become the moderator?

oops~~, forgive my terrible memory, I went to Wuhan university to visit my friends by the way back home before I entered my current company on March- 15，so the date I am in Wuhan should be the end of Feb..

thanks for your pic, please check the pic size and format, as far as I know, this forum have a limitation on upload.I also took many pic in the university. It is really fantasitc so many ancient building were used for dorm and library.

Hi Dudu, my boss is a Swedish, his boss is an American, our company is a American funded company with a top management center located in Singapore. rough management is the common issue in west company, I think French company aslo can not easily avoid it.I have met some French, some of them are very insolent and unreasonable, how do you think of French? I can image the condition living in old house, it would not be as wonderful as it seems to be:)

Your experience with French sounds good, I am wondering why I'm not so lucky as you? has my moral quality any problem?( just kidding:)   )I worked with a tooling program manager who can speak fluent Chinese,this guy should have been very popular with us if he can be a little humble and don't take anything for granted. As a result of his rude manner, no one want to help him when he goes to the factory to test toolings.I'm working for an Alcatel project now, the customers are main in France. their project manager is very unreasonable and aggressive, he always intends to change settled schedule at the last minute and is very tough to negotiate with. he is a good manager but not a good work buddy:) he don't know that production is not copy and paste(or plug and play, my Boss often use these 2 phrase to complain).other French are not bad,these two guys are really the black sheep :)
