1 :产品反过来做的话.进浇口不好处理.
2: 中间的模仁我是镶在模板内的,镶块是圆的,这样的话便于加工和装配.

  这个构思应该是可以的,结构由繁化简了.同时降低成本,减少加工量.
  但是定模这镶块这样做的话,镶块就太大了.动模的话通水不好通.

SPS料与PBT料很相似.但比它要脆.主要用于电器.电子方面.
四根顶针不会对产品产生缺陷.正好可以恰到好外.它的脆性是相对的,很脆不一定就不能用顶针顶出.
弹簧复位是可以的,台如果说弹簧失灵的话,我这里有四根大小为42的.这里重要的是顶出时顶针不能与滑块产生干涉.而且顶针要先复位.经过实验是可以满足了的

4:模架两边的精定位.原因是模架长 宽不一,而且又有滑块.对于定位,这种模具的话是一定要的,不然的话中间会衔接的不好,不能满足要求,所以我在滑块内做了两个精定位.
