（精华）高难模具结构，请各位大侠指教。(已有结构图，在第5页63楼）

飞天鼠模头

牙外套转动, 内芯不转一起向外走40mm然后把整组走牙结构顶出, 靠产品的本身重量完成自动啤的目地. 妙啊! 妙啊!妙啊!
可是有几个问题.
1.合模大行位复位时, 小行的斜边会折断.
2.A..B板开到32MM时, 大行位就要开始向外走, 可是小行位的斜边还没脱离小行位, 小行的斜边会折断.
用液压油缸控制大行位.( 不能用斜边) 可以解决以上问题.

前模两板(水口板.A板)后模有推板就可完成自动啤.

從結構圖裡面看不出螺旋抽芯裡面的行位鑲件怎麼抽出來的，能否提示一點

小行位斜边 调短点不就行了，要不大行位避空孔 开长点 不就 得了。

用得着油缸啊？？？？   

要不调整小斜边角度，让两个行位同时运动，大行位不用滞后。 做过吗？？

芯子里放这么小的隔片会比较难,我想放铍铜针会好些,另外螺纹机构下的回杆我觉得可以取消加长板(做到顶针板)可以在第二块板上第一块板下面空出,出模坯以定位一下内模,不然上下内模没法定位.
