上面的是出口的模具，深腔、本来是左右对称的，但我在做图的时候，由于图形太大了（70M），经常死机，我就把它切成一半来做。

模具为4050CI25060，光型腔深度就200mm。大家说说，没做电极，怎做出来，当然也可以做电极。我们公司是没用电极的。

其实，我觉得编程太容易了。常用的曲面加工方法就挖槽粗加工，精加工也就：等高外形、平行铣削、环绕等距、残料清角这4种常用。
平面的加工也就更容易了。
我就缺经验。

刀具也就直径1、2、3、4、5、6、8、10、12、16、30R5的刀，要记的东西实在是太少了，你怎会不明白呢！！要记的也就是主轴的转速，刀具越小也就越快。
余量，开粗用0.5~0.7，半精加工0.3左右，精加工当然是0.1~0.2，光刀0，电极（粗-0.2左右，精-0.08左右，当然也要看电极大小来改）

大家练练吧，这个是后模，但由于是练练，前模形状跟后模是差不多的，分型面是一样的，大家就转180度再练吧，情况可是不一样哦，后模是凸的，而前模是凹的，所以做法就不一样了，后模就不用做很多电极打了，除非小区域无法精铣，就做个小电极打吧，而前模可能要做很多电极了。

但每个人水平不一样，情况也不一样啊，我们是没有做电极打出来的。

其实加工这东西跟设计有很大的关系，如果分模分得好，在可能的情况下做一些镶件，那样可能会方便一些。所以向你们学习些加工知识，来提升自己。

我是用直径30R5的刀来开粗的，由于是2*1的模具（两种产品同一副模具），前后两半是不一样的型腔，且胚料顶部是磨过的，不用开粗，所以，我就分两刀来对型腔开粗。
由于是用刀尖来对刀，刀心来补正的，所以，开粗以后，我再降5mm，对型腔进一步的开粗，（用刀心补正不容易过切，但也有人认为用刀尖补正，不容易过切，对于这个，我还不大明白，反正我是用刀心补正的。）

产品是模具的前模，以后还要做电极来打，所以没有铣到数。
