[求助]为什么在分型面处有过切？

请教各位高手，为什么我的环绕等距要伤到分型面呢？

你使用用干涉面检查嘛,这样就好啦
不过看你的图纸，建议改小径一点的刀具

高读设置可以比分型面低0.01MM
这样应该没问题了

不知你用的什么刀(看上去好像是球刀)
如果是球刀，可在设刀长时将刀故意抬高 0。001“(或0。01mm)即可切出尖角。
如果是平刀，可设第一刀略底于分型面即可。
