      楼主同学,你的思路对简单的零件比较适用,但是对复杂内腔零件是有很大问题的,你这样加压还有可能导致相变不均匀产生内应力,严重影响铸件质量,要是想在这个问题上和我讨论的话加我qq:45341069。说明来意!随时恭候!

      <p>   这个论题开的好啊,是每个搞压铸的都要经常考虑的问题,希望能讨论起来.</p><p>   楼主的观点在金属液态和塑性成型理论上分析是不错的,但是压铸件都为薄壁件,且结构复杂的具多,冷却速度高达300度每秒,液压系统何时开始锻压,以多快的速度完成此动作?</p><p>   液态模锻工艺也只能适用于简单厚壁件,也有专门的设备.</p><p></p>
