可以用PRO/E的有限元导出.ans文件在procast中打开

是的，可以用PROE导出.ans文件。好像比PROCAST画的网格效果还好一些

是啊，我也在学，苦于没高人指点。不过PRO/E直接作网格被PROCAST读入很容易出错的。体网格一般还是在PROCAST里面作再被前处理。

I use Patran to make mesh in following procedures. Please try yourself

(1) Make assembly of the model (sand mould + mold part + gating)

(2) Export assembly in parasolid (*.x_t) (I used to make modeling in UG)

(3) Import into Patran

(4) Make mesh one by one (sand mould --> mold part --> gating)

Remark: mesh should be technically made & made in good quality for precast

(5) export one by one into *.out (it's the output file format for precast analysis)  (sand mould --> mold part --> gating)

(6) Import *.out files into precast & then save each in *.dat

I may give you more pictures to show the process if I succeed to do CAE in procast
