虽然还没抽好你的模型 不过我想你也不想 以后每次都让别人帮你抽的 先看这图 自己检查下 模型的最小曲率半径 凡小于2.2的 都抽不出来的  建模的时候 有些细节处理是要兼顾一些造型美观以为的要求的  象图中的这一种 经常会抽客失败  当然模具加工不一定要绝对精确的等厚度 但这种局部我看到的一些模具做出来也很不漂亮了  我想问下你的手柄是怎么做的  怎么会碎成这样啊  难道是用别的软件建的模型？

图中的绿线 你不可能就留这样的利边吧  总要倒圆吧 倒圆时倒到红圈处 就很难看了 做面也不大好做  如果你有权做设计变更的话 强烈要求这部分造型在斟酌下
