一个应急的办法，将中心线的一端点拖动让开尺寸数字，然后在另一边再补画一根中心线。

恩，楼上的说的不错，但是是个糊弄人的方法哦。
如果你是想让你标注的那个角度尺寸掩盖住中心线的话，我还没想到怎么做
