该零件壁厚1mm长约8cm外圈直径约9.5cm内圈直径约8.5cm
小弟是一个新手，见笑了，我打算用液压成型的方法来成型该不锈钢零件，凹模做成带有螺纹状，凸模我想选用橡胶类材料，然后凸模中空，一端密封一端开口并向里充油，最终在油的压力下使管材胀形。不知道哪位高手有过橡胶凸模，的经验，请不吝赐教，如何该选用什么样的橡胶材料，才可以保证既可以达到胀形的目的又不至于在压力下破裂，还有管材直径和厚度的选择有什么讲究。谢谢
