对不住啦,你的PART是CAD2004的我打不开.
在一个圆柱面上开孔有很多的作法,主要的用
1.在基准面上展开草图画圆,双向切除.
2.在辅助面上展开草图画圆,单向切除.
其它可用简单直孔,异型向导孔等等

应该不会是个高深的问题,偏移原始面建一参考面,再绘草图,拉伸切除,难道不行?

直接拉伸切除，就可以呀。
如果在曲面上切槽，等距偏移就可以的。
