塑胶模做的齿轮精度一般沒有要求很高...
（參考JIS B 1702-1960＆ISO DR 1328-1967之精度要求）
因為塑胶本身制作好要再研磨就有很大的問題...
我有空幫妳看看worm gear...

蝸桿還有辦法，但窩輪沒有那個規格可以選擇修改

我的塑胶齿轮精度一般都达到7级的哦。他们有的是用来做Printer和高精度玩具的。

POM的一种。您说的那种材料根本达不到精度要求。

ok...常用就這2種
MC nylon 也有分很多種
POM (Duracon)...是比較好的 Ticona公司為POM世界第一大生產廠商，市場占有率為40%，美國杜邦則為世界第二大的生產廠商

蝸輪就不行GEARTRAX沒有那麼小的規格..
