<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1、              </FONT>遵守公司的厂规，厂纪做到有事先请假，无故不迟到早退和缺勤。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2、              </FONT>自觉的做好个人和技术部的<FONT face="Times New Roman">5S</FONT>工作，并保持技术部的良好舒适的工作环境而努力。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3、              </FONT>服从安排，发扬团队集体精神及时完成设计任务，虚心征求项目负责人意见，并画好构想图，做好合议记录。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4、              </FONT>在完成材料清单、<FONT face="Times New Roman">3D</FONT>分模和<FONT face="Times New Roman">2D</FONT>零件图、总装图等工作后，把文件资料及时（模具出厂前<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>天）打包（<FONT face="Times New Roman">3D</FONT>转<FONT face="Times New Roman">STP</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">IGS</FONT>格式，<FONT face="Times New Roman">2D</FONT>转<FONT face="Times New Roman">DXF</FONT>、<FONT face="Times New Roman">DWG</FONT>格式）发给文控处存档。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5、              </FONT>提高设计理念，尽量使模具设计达到标准、优化、完美、高效；图面质量达到“完整、正确、合理、清晰”。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6、              </FONT>刻苦钻研，努力学习相关知识，提高设计水平，提高软件使用速度和提升版本，与时俱进，把自己培养成一个优秀的模具设计师。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">7、              </FONT>平时尽量抽时间去车间实习和参加试模工作，做好每副模具设计总结和心得，作好笔记，积累经验。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">8、              </FONT>学习应用<FONT face="Times New Roman">CAE(moldflow/HSCAE3D)</FONT>流道分析，应用于模具流道系统设计。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">9、              </FONT>平时把个人合理的建议和意见及时向领导反映，与相关部门及时沟通，为公司发展<FONT face="Times New Roman">,</FONT>作出贡献。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">10、          </FONT>同意对设计出现差错，图面质量不规范的罚款制度和优秀设计奖励制度。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">11、          </FONT>每个设计人员注意劳逸结合，每天不少于<FONT face="Times New Roman">20</FONT>分钟锻炼身体，增强体质，预防颈椎病形成。<p></p></P>
