关于工程图的圆角切线问题

本人刚刚从autocad转向sw，因为出的两维图纸不如原来的美观，特向各位求教：
     1 棱角的倒圆在工程图中多出了圆角和平面的切线，不知道该如何关掉。这样才能跟原来平面绘图一致。
     2 autocad里面对于尺寸标注的箭头、文字大小、形位公差的大小有一个全局比例可以调整，当设置好1：1状态下的大小后，只需要更改全局比例，就可以根据具体图纸的缩放放大缩小这些标注。保持标注和图形的美观。
    恳求各位指点。

1.出現對話框做選擇 移除或顯示
