SW工程图中粗糙度的标注

SW工程图中粗糙度的标注问题，如图，红色标记处：

1、我需要在圆周上标注粗糙度，如何使粗糙度符号与圆心垂直？

2、或者如何将粗糙度符号附着于77尺寸线上？
