塑料连接器组合模具

大家都知道插件[塑料连接器模具]是多孔位的（也就是、2~16孔或更多）。
因此需要大量的时间和金钱来开发一个系列的模具，而国外知名公司他们的[塑料模具]是组装的或者说是拼装的（从他们的产品上面的分型线足可以证明）。所以他们大大的缩短了开发时间。
    [拼装模具]也就是说把模具的各个单元分成不同的组件，因此形成通用的特性。比如说
一副普通的[插件塑料模具]是有；100件芯子和动、定模型腔组成的，那么[拼装模具]只要；200~300件芯子和动、定模板（请注意这里的动模和定模不存在型腔的概念）就可组成2~16孔或更多。等于一副模具就可以出几十副模具的产品（同一系列不同孔位）。      
    [拼装模具]是把模具的各个单元分成不同的组件，因此维修非常简单只要更换受损的组件就可以了。模具的寿命是最关键的，但在[拼装模具]里面就不存在寿命的问题了。因为动模和定模不存在型腔，以单元和组件控制，只要任何一个或多个单元、组件损坏，只要给以更换就可以了。因此就不存在寿命的问题了。

不!这不是标准件的问题,这种模具的芯子不变化最多的,跟本不能做成标准件的,
我也是做这种模具的,不过我没用见这这位先生所说的这种模具,如果你能上传图纸,对大家有很多好处的,可以加精.
