不能展开就不是板金了，还有什么意义 吗？

复杂的成型，硬要做成板金，就是为了展开，我想SW很难办到。
反过来问：其它软件有哪些能办得到呢？
做过冲压工艺的应该知道，象凸包一类的局部成型
塑性好的材料，无需周边材料流动进来补充就能成型，
这时展开料还是跟成型后的差不多了。
我的意思是除非用dynaform一类的专业软件，否则在这里硬来，可能是浪费时间。

只要切缝到中间去就可以展开了

我做了12年冲压模具设计和工艺
谈谈我的看法和做法，大家也可以发表自己的方法。
1.我从来不相信软件能帮助我"精确"展开毛坯料。至少到目前为止。
2.通常借助软件和经验，做出第一次展开。记得一定要画出坐标方格！
3.上压床试压。由于事先画了坐标格，你很容易做出第二次调整。
4.第二次试压，已经非常接近所要求的结果了。如有必要可以重复上面步骤。
不要认为很麻烦！其实材料准备很快的，我们可以利用线切割或者数控等离子切割等机床来下料，这样可以输入我们的cad尺寸。便于调整。

这个方法也许是土办法，但是效果很好。
至于划线的方法，钳工也可以啊~
展开件比较大的话，可以上铣床划
当然你要是有什么数控机床适合干这个的更好了
