如果该模具要使浇口料开模时自动落下的全自动生产，那么你的主流道太长，锥度太小而不能自动脱下，至于是否装弹簧，我看还是装的好。

一些小一点的模具，弹弓胶就够用了。主流道斜度大一点会好些。

对于普通的塑胶模具（冷流道）
PL 处主要是脱水口料，其行程长度主要是以能够取出水口料为准。一般的方法是从水口的最上部既即嘴口到下部进较点的高度H+D（为上底版和水口板的弹开距离）+4~5mm.不同的厂家设计标准略有不同。
SP 为水口边，也叫边钉，其主要作用有3，1、起导向作用，2、起支撑水口板和A板的作用，3、辅助限制行程等，其一般行程计算方法为：L=H+D+4~5+4~5，一般比拉杆行程略长一点，（但也有特殊情况，假设不用拉杆时，其计算方法和拉钉基本相同）。
