设计1.5立方米低压储气罐的筒身,两端封头及整体部分细微结构和连接方式的设计及制造过程。
①加工压力容器加工工艺的制定
设计出储气罐的具体结构后,进行加工生产,编制加工工艺。首先采用剪板机切割机对压力容器所需的钢板按计算毛坯尺寸进行剪裁;采用卷板机,卷制所需的压力容器筒身。
因为小批量生产,从而考虑采用自动焊接方式焊接;采用液压压力机冲压压力容器两端封头;最后将切割的管、加工好的法兰封头、筒身等用焊接方式连接组装。以及对已组装完毕的压力容器进行全部无损探伤等一系列加工工艺。
②设计冲压模具及冲压设备的选择
第一、冲压模具的设计,主要考虑凸模、凹模和整体结构,及其与机床的连接;
第二、选用压力机,根据设计计算加工时所需要的力进行选择压力机与所设计的冲压模具进行配套使用。

Because the small batch quantity produce, thus considering to adopt the auto welding method welding;Adopt the liquid presses the pressure machine to hurtle to press the pressure container both ends to seal the head;The tube that will incise finally, process the good method to seal the head, the tube body etc. to use to weld the way conjunction construction.And carry on to the pressure container that have already assemble to complete all have no the to explore to harm to wait a series to process the craft.
②Design to hurtle to press the molding tool and hurtle the choice of press the equipments
The first, hurtle the design of press the molding tool, mainly consider the convex mold, cave mold and whole structures, and it with the conjunction of the tool machine;
The second, choose with the pressure machine, the dint need carries on choosing the pressure machine while computing to process according to the design and design of hurtle and press the molding tool carries on the kit usage.
