其实很简单的,每次采用高spind speed 大的feed 小的depth  这样加工起来很爽手的.

加工深的型腔时,用插刀又有何妨，我的刀子是16MM的整体钨钢合金钢刀，好的排屑沟，什么误人子弟，照你这么说，在加工方法上根本就不应该有插刀这么一个加工方法，mastercam早就应该取消这个加工方法。
  我看阁下如果你一辈子从来没用过插入式加工，也加工过较深的型腔的话，那我你的老板就是在浪费银子。因为你是用刀子初加工时完全在混时间嘛。悲哀。。。。
