大家都给个意见啊 ，lipeng,谢谢你，你拆的图我只是大致看了一下，我发现你有几个板厚拆的不对，看得出你有基础，另外拆图时最好用原图修改，你好象是查询尺寸后重新画的，画错的是用标注来量的尺寸，比例因子不是1：1，我周一上班时再详细看看，我也继续把这套设计思路讲完，并讲一下我是如何确定各数据的。

你说的射嘴球半径SR11，而浇口套球半径R为21，会不会有点大？
“2.从维修角度考虑，中间的滑块拆，装不方便，应该在中间加两个滑块导轨，具体形式参见我以后的图纸。”－　图纸？

你说的很对。一般浇口套球半径比射嘴大2mm就行了，因为我做装配图时直接调用标准件，所以造成这样结果。另外，考虑模具不一定局限于一台注塑机，所以值可以取大一些。
图纸我会上传的，稍等一下可以吗？

我今天又看了lipeng的图,做的很不错,看来你接触的模具图纸很多,你看别人图时多问些为什么,很快就能独立设计了.

我也是用的这种方法，只要装配图画的正确，零件图就不会有错，这样其实准确率最高了，看起来是有点偷懒似的，但是方法最好！

当然，小模具和大、中型模具设计理念有很多不同。小模具基本不用考虑胀模力和流向问题，大模具要重点考虑。如果我的这个教程能坚持下去，我会尽自己的能力，把自己知道的和理解的都讲给大家。针对这个制品大家还有什么问题，尽管问。
