装Nx9.0或者10后，不能直接打开UG文件，但能导入stp文件

如题;本人用笔记本装Nx9.0后，能预览UG图，但不能直接打开UG文件，却能导入stp文件，后卸载9.0后，装nx10后出现同样的问题
文件目录及文件名全是英文或数字，无空格，打开文件时一直是一个园圈显示加载中，就是不能打开
win7系统

本人一直用proe,近来想学UG,可遇到这个问题没法进行，请会的大神们帮忙！

修改了几天，“lmtools”运行显示的内容似乎正常了（最下面的园点是省略），可还是一样打不开ug文件：

是不是图档太大了，或者图档保存的版本太高了，NX10的支持中文路径了啊
