[原创]模具中的滯後打開和滯後抽芯的應用

在模具設計的過程中,要根據產品的結構和模具的使用壽命以及加工的工藝要求來選擇不同的機構,其中滯後打開就是較典型的一例.下面舉兩個例子來簡要說明一下滯後打開的原理與方法.

例一:
        產品如下面的兩個視圖.圖中滑塊的insert與動模的insert相靠封膠,由於滑塊的insert要經常的抽動,時間一常就有可能造成動模insert的擦傷,從而造成產品的飛邊.

模具結構圖(2d)

例二:
產品如下圖所示,和扎包的扎帶的原理一樣.做模具時關鍵是圖示處的兩個insert.分模時要先insert1先打開一段後insert2才能打開,否在會造成產品的拉傷.

  在本例中insert2固定在動模板上,insert1固定在承板上,打開時承板和動模板打開一段,這時insert1會先開一段空間,然後產品頂出使insert2與產品分離.

3D图最好是炸开来，这样好像有点看不清楚。顶一下，
我想如果第一个图例中把那動模的insert及行位insert在那模具结构图中一并画出,效果就更好了。
还有第二个图例的3D表达不是地分清楚，有点看不明白。
