<p>冲0.08mm不锈钢开连续模有些什么注意事项？</p><p>本人手头有一t=0.08mm sus304 1/2h 不锈钢产品现在急需开模，请教对于此类薄料开模时应该注意些什么，比如说冲裁间隙，导正机构，零件之间的装配间隙等等.</p>

产品是什么样子都没有看到，怎么说，好像你所列的问题不应该是千篇一律的由料厚决定的吧？？

<p>产品是一40X40mm大小的件，中间有有几个大孔和一些简单的成形，和客户有保密方面的协议，不好上传。 </p>

<p>跳料应该和废料形状有关,尽量做成异形的废料，打个200SPM应该不会有多大关系吧，我就不打算开气孔，太麻烦了.</p>

我有弄過0.04不繡鋼，還好啦，0.04的要鉤料機構，0.08直接送就好了，模具結構開日式就可以，間隙按t*(4%~6%)就可以了。
