2.在預設的PL面之邊線上,建一放射曲面

4.將PL面上的破面充補起來

6.新開啟一組合件，並且插入零件後存檔

7.插入一新零件,並建立一個與PL面的平行基準面...其距離為母模仁厚度

8.在此基準面上建構一草圖即為模仁大小(切記不可大於PL面)

10.再插入一新零件...為公模仁並在PL面上構製草圖...

11.將其伸長一側長到與母模仁同厚,而另一側則長公模仁所需的厚度...

12.其後利用特徵中的模塑....模塑零件選成品及母模仁...(切記縮放係數要改為零)
