Well done ! Your document is comprehesive to show all critical items related in design and manufacturing in toys industry. I think this practise can be applied to home appliance industry. Both industry is similar to each other in certain extent e.g. the product design cycle time is short; the complexity of product itself is so similar; the cost and time management in project management is critical to competitiveness of products in fierce global markets
