sev17完整（5cd）工程师手册中文语言转化方法
打开工程手册光盘根目录下的 readme.txt 文件，在“INSTALLING LANGUAGE PACKS”小节里有转换语言界面的说明。
Solid Edge Engineering Handbook is available in the following languages:  English,
   German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.  The setup.exe loads
   the English user interface.  To change to a localized version, follow these steps:
   1. Go to the Language Packs\<Language>\Registry File directory on the product CD-ROM.
   2. Register the language pack by double-clicking the handbook*.reg file.
   3. Copy the Language Packs\<Language>\Handbook directory to the Solid Edge Engineering
      Handbook installation directory (i.e., C:\Program Files\Solid Edge Engineering Handbook).
1:进入光盘中\<Language>\目录
2：双击所选语言注册文件
3：拷贝\<Language>\目录下相应文件到安装目录
我试了，很好，一下就可以了，先安装工程手册，然后把所要安装的语言包里的注册表文件倒入注册表
