客户问的这些，但是小弟属于外贸公司，没接触过机器，更不知道他的操作方法。

以下是客户问的几个问题，若能回答，不胜感激！

·      How are the "checks" and "audits" recorded?  (Or, are they ever recorded?)

·      Is there a set-up sheet or some other documentation to prevent future "cycle time mi-readings?"

·      Can the machine be set and locked out preventing premature cycle ending?

·      Is there a program on the machine?  If so, what controls are in-place?  If not, why?

·      Is there a device history record for the settings?  Temperature charts?  Something more than human interaction with the machine?

·              Are there alarms on the machine for parameter drift?  What are the set-points?
