上图为汽车拉门线（用于丰田汽车）的压铸锌头，材料为锌合金。
此锌头形状简单，但模具加工起来有点难度，主要是球形部分很难加工不易满足精度要求。

外觀品質如何?是否電鍍?
  我的看法:
1.圓球相接處圓角r>=1mm,否則會斷裂
2.流道及溢流槽不好開設,澆口厚不大於0.3mm,否則有砂眼,影響外觀.
3.模具配合要好,p.l處毛邊不宜過厚 ,否則有砂眼,影響外觀.

入料在圆面上一定会去除不干净.是否还要后加工吗？
