我的弯头是一个空间弯头，实体设计中用钣金件的作法我已在时空无限论坛中发表过，每一节都能展开，现在我想作出弯头的实体模型，但扫描出的形状不符合要求。

扫描特征向导对话框第三步，将『允许沿尖角扫描』打上√，再点击『3D导动线』，点击三维线，画弯管截面，确定画出弯管实体，再抽壳。

这样虽然可以做出来，但不是钣金件，更无法展开。

用钣金件制作各种弯头的方法我已经掌握了，用实体模型制作弯头也可以采用切割的方法制作，不过比较繁琐，若采用扫描的方法，扫出的空间弯头形状又不对，所以我请大家探讨一下，争取解决这个问题，因为用钢管焊接这种弯头是不需要展开的。

还是不行啊，允许沿角扫描是灰的，不起作用。

你点击了扫描特征按钮后，请不要直接点击三维线，而是在设计环境中点击一下背景，出现扫描特征向导对话框，第三步设置时，允许沿尖角扫描就不是灰色的了，先点击允许沿尖角扫描，再点击3D线扫描，编辑截面确定扫描即可。
