真實螺牙的畫法 不是裝飾螺紋線(教學)

前言：
我曾分別在iCAX與三維 兩個論壇發表過 螺牙制法與除料尾的教學
今天特將其匯整 給此論壇初學或想知道畫牙的朋友
畫牙算是基本功 好看美觀而已 一點也不難
本身就是一個機械工 螺牙也是我的常識
現在我就挑最簡易基本的60度三角螺牙畫法開始著手
先跟著做 有問題再發問 嘗試自己領悟看看
有領悟可做些別的 不知道規格者可以看看機械便覽

1.你先畫這樣

2.再來建立等圓直徑草圖

3.建立螺旋線

4.  於靠近螺旋線端點處 點螺旋線建立一基準面

5.水平線之右端點與螺旋線 圖中較近處貫穿

除料尾之後續：
我用過 SW2001 Plus 是直接掃出除牙即有收尾之動作
到了 SW2003 時 不知為什麼 就無法如此了
則必須多一道工來完成
在此分享如何收尾之動作

ps. 竅門：在選起始角度時將其反白刪除 在利用滑鼠點選起點
                並設定參數值 直接按確定離開即可
                當你再回到此對話框時 你即會發現角度以自動秀上去了
                尤其當你是設定有小數之高度或圈數時
                更是容易抓取 不必去計算現在起點是什麼樣的角度

最後一個進階的運用 有關模型組態的運用(它不是用來做螺絲的別誤解)
只是將其運用在此 對模型組一點體認
由於太麻煩就點到為止了

我們可於同一零件檔中 自行建造常用之規格於excel內
以備隨時插入零(組件)中取用 譬如 螺絲零件庫
你只要修改數值 即可輕易改變螺紋形狀
更可以將一些諸如 外徑 螺距 長度....所有規格填入 excel 內
建置一個新的螺牙 不須一一去重畫
只要在Excel 直接添加即可
會很有效率的去完成一些較制式的產品
更不會佔用太大的空間 它存於一個零件檔內
省去找尋檔案的時間  與浪費不必要的空間
模型組態供大家參考  是一個不錯的功能

而我最後修正的做法是 將兩個曲線合併
再掃出 或疊層拉伸
這次拋磚引玉 我也受益 學到版大的怪招
書是人寫的 變通創造 跳出窠臼
