24寸电视机面框模具浇口优化分析结果
(1)下图为某模具公司设计制造的24寸彩电面框模具,采用4个潜伏浇口(浇口直径为1.2mm),压力分布如下图1
喷嘴处压力为136.87Mpa,潜伏浇口处压力为81.98Mpa。图中左右两侧浇口处的铍铜镶件(黑色方框所示)侧面承受平均压力为71.81MPa。在实际使用中,铍铜镶件因为结构不合理,强度较差,并且位置靠近浇口,在压力作用下向外侧弯曲变形。
(2)经分析优化,采用3个潜伏浇口(浇口直径为1.2mm),压力分布如下图2:
喷嘴处压力为104.81Mpa.下方的两个潜伏浇口处压力为55.05Mpa.
对比以上分析结果,可见:采用优化的3点进浇时,浇口处所受压力较小,要优于原来4个浇口的设计。
