我个人认为你的滑块应该做燕尾槽.这样在滑块时可能会更顺一些.

  其实这已经是改良过的结构，只是改动不太明显而已，只针对生产中操作和模具日后维护方便而改良，这种结构已经成熟了。已没有太大的修改啦。想当初这开模需要7～8万的费用，现在呢，3万都有人做，你还想会有更新的结构比得上吗？不论在操作和维护方面。

不知道你有没有注意到滑块的两侧所开的槽，那就是作导向用的。比侧边压块的0。1mm。还有底部加装了弹珠的。
