某外企当前的难题－－用全连续模成型液晶显示器的Bracket

   　这是液晶显示器的Bracket,材料SECC0.8mm,想全部用连续模成型，包括角落的抽芽铆接，包括把铜柱配件铆在该件上，这是某外企当前的难题，请高手们各抒己见是否有可能实现？

用传递模吧，不然真的要象楼上所说的，不合算。不管是产品的材料利用率还是设备投资都是不明智的。更不用家电类产品的销售周期了
